Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
All of our items can be returned for exchange if faulty with the exception of electrical items.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Within 30 days of original invoice date.

HOW do customers return items?
Online Racing Spares must be contacted before any return and grant approval.
On approval, a pdf document will be sent via email to the customer which can then be printed and attached to returned item/parcel which will cover cost of return postage and have return address noted.

SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping rates are non refundable? If item is faulty, Online Racing Spares Pty Ltd will pay for return of faulty item and redelivery of replacement item? If the return is due to customer selecting incorrect item, the customer will pay for all reasonable return and redelivery costs.

CREDIT for returns?
A credit may be granted if customer wishes to exchange for another item.

Instore return option?
Items can also be returned to our store on approval between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday at the following address:
73 Levanswell Road, Moorabbin VIC 3189

Packing materials?
If item is to be returned if incorrectly purchased for exchange, then all original packaging must be included along with original invoice.
